Europe: Neuschwanstein [the sleeping beauty castle]

Next stop is Fussen, Germany

Fussen is a very small town but the tourism is quite strong because of its amazing vistas and the remarkable historic attractions nearby like Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein. It's said to be a truly romantic town.

Getting to Fussen is pretty far. First we took a train to connect with another hour bus ride. Actually you can take the train directly but it was during its construction at that time so they had buses provided to tourists. We got to fussen late at night and took a lot of time to find the hostel. It's located about 10 minutes away and there were not many people around at that time so it was kinda scary. We stayed at LA hostel. Seems like it's the most popular one in Fussen. They own like 3 hostels in town and provide good services.

The only destination we wanted to go is Neuschwanstein,a remarkable place where King Ludwig the II spent the days of his youth. It's known as a castle of the fairy-tale king.
