Next Stop is...PISA

อยู่ที่โรมได้แป๊ปเดียว เราก็นั่งรถไฟหวานเย็น ไปปิซ่า เพื่อไปดูว่าหอเอนที่ว่านั้น มันเอนจริงรึป่าว ??? ใช้เวลาเดินทางไปแบบสบายๆ หลงบ้างอะไรบ้าง
แต่ค่อยดีหน่อยค่ารถไฟภายในอิตาลีไม่แพง เลยไม่ต้องใช้ eurail pass ที่แสนจาแพง

After 2 nights in Rome, we headed to the next stop in PISA to see if the leaning tower is actually leaning?!?!? It took only a few hours to get there by local train. I could not remember how much was the ticket but it was cheap compare to using the Eurail pass. Anyway let me tell a bit about the Eurail pass. We bought Eurail pass from Termini Station in Rome. We selected 5 countries and we can use for 6 times. Each time you can use it for one whole day or if you take a night train, you can also use for the next day and that was what we did. Instead of staying in a hostel, we took night trains to save money.

ปิซ่า ความจริงไปเช้าเย็นกลับจาก Florence ก็ได้ แต่เราก็เลือกพักที่ปิซ่ากัน เพราะไม่อยากเดินทางตอนกลางคืน

โฮสเทลที่ปิซ่า หายากมากๆๆๆ แต่พอเจอเจ้าของแล้วน่ารัก ที่สำคัญคือพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้นี่สิ รู้สึกโล่งเลย

แถมข้างๆที่พักยังมีเจลาโต้ที่อร่อยที่สุ้ดดดดด้วยย

ปิซ่า เป็นเมืองเล็กๆ มีแต่นักท่องเที่ยวเยอะแยะมากมาย

ทำให้เวลาเดินไปหอเอนปิซ่าไม่ลำบากเลย แค่เดินๆตามกลุ่มคนไป ซักพักก็จะเห็นหอเอนมาแต่ไกล

ตอนเราไปโชคดีมาก เพราะเป็นช่วงบ่ายๆเย็นๆ เลยได้แสงถ่ายรูปที่สวยมาก เลยนั่งถ่ายรูปกันอยู่เป็นชั่วโมง ฮ่าๆ

แล้วก็จบด้วยอาหารมือค่ำอย่างจริงจังมือแรก จะเป็นอะไรไปไม่ได้นอกจากพิซซ่า และคาโบนาล่า

Actually from Pisa we could make a one day trip but we preferred to stay there for a night.

We got to Pisa in the late afternoon. It was kinda scary at first to walk all the way to our hostel. It was not actually a hostel. It was more like a rental apartment. The owner also own a hotel around that area and have rooms for backpackers to stay. Well, the leaning tower and the hostel area was pretty far from the station. We walked about 15 mins to get there.

The town was quiet, not many tourist at the station but as soon as you get to the leaning tower there were so many shops and tourists. We went to the leaning tower twice and found out the best time to take photos was around 4~5 PM during AUG and SEP. We spent hours there to take photos. It was a great time before the sunset and the shops started to close.

Dinner in Pisa was great. We celebrated our birthday by eating pizza and carbonara in the restaurant on the way back to our hostel. Walking in Pisa at night is very dark but safe.
